A few months ago, Drake was talking smack on his Instagram account after the Toronto Raptors took two games from the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals. Fast forward to Saturday night, and the 6 God is serenading LeBron James on stage during the Columbus leg of his Summer Sixteen tour. Such is life when you're the ultimate bandwagoner and the Cavs just won the championship.
Drake brought LeBron up on stage while he performed "Pop Style," off the Canadian rapper's latest album Views, while the Columbus crowd went absolutely bonkers. After dapping up LeBron no more than 20 times and commending the Akron native on bringing a championship back to his hometown, Drake stirred the crowd back into a frenzy by requesting an MVP chant.
It's good to be The King right now, at least until Drake hits Cali in a few weeks and brings Kevin Durant up on stage.
