We haven't heard much from Kevin Love since he ran screaming onto to the court to embrace LeBron James in a bearhug as the final seconds ticked off the clock in Game 7 of the NBA Finals. He made a brief appearance with the rest of the Cleveland Cavaliers at this summer's ESPYs, but other than that, Love has been keeping to himself, as he's wont to do.
But on August 4th, Love stirred from his slumber, hopped on Twitter and silently roasted Stephen Curry while the rest of the world slept. Curry was named "Toughest to Guard" by his fellow NBAers this offseason, though the award should have read "Toughest to Guard Except When He Has Kevin Love On Him," since Love's defense on the Warriors point guard in the waning minutes of Game 7 forced an off-balance 3-pointer, essentially securing a Cavs victory.
Someone tweeted Bleacher Report's tweet about the award and tagged Love's account, adding "LOOOOOOOOOL" on top of it. Love clicked "like" on the tweet, and went about his day. By the time the Internet had discovered he'd done so, the silent bomb had already been dropped.
Love's already having a banner offseason without saying a single word.
